Exchange & Returns

We provide a customer friendly policy to ensure you have a hassle free shopping experience with us. We are there with you even after your purchase. However, we request you to read our terms and conditions prior to making a purchase:

Return:

  • As a company policy, we do not take returns on goods once sold.

Exchange:

  • We ONLY provide size exchange. We DO NOT provide product exchange.
  • Exchange is only allowed ONCE PER ORDER.
  •  In case of a size issue, we request the customer to write to us at support@dodhaage.com within 48 hours of delivery. Once the mail has been acknowledged by our team, we will arrange a reverse pick up from their location. A return charge of ₹100 will be borne by the customer.
  • Customer will be issued a CREDIT NOTE, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.

  • The reverse pick up facility might not be available for some pin codes, in such cases the customer is requested to courier the product at the address mentioned below for size exchange.

  • Once our team receives the product, it will undergo a quality check. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT IN UNUSED CONDITION WITH THE TAGS AND INVOICE. Only when the product is in perfect condition, will the new item be dispatched from our facility. The quality check might take up to 48 hours after we receive the product.
  • If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through email, we will not process the return.
  • Products bought during sale or discount periods are non-exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for such products.

Damaged/Wrong Delivery:

  • When a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
  • If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dodhaage.com.
  • Our team will arrange a reverse pick up and we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. 

 Cancellation:

  • If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@dodhaage.com.
  • A refund will be processed (3-4 business days) after deducting the payment gateway charges (3%).

DISCLAIMER:

Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.

10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
